Описание на служебните задължения Пост: GENERAL MANAGER Описание на служебните задължения: НАПП Мираж Консулт с лиценз №620/19.12.2006 г., валиден до 19.12.2011 г. търси за свой клиент - чуждестранна компания и търговският й клон в гр.Стара Загора - хипермаркет за промишлени стоки General Manager Responsibilities: To work in line with the Centre’s strategic strategy and objectives. Set in place and follow a training programme for staff. Be able to execute, deliver and maintain a high level of standards throughout all shopping centre disciplines. - Contributes to the development of the shopping centre - Preparation of specifications and negotiation with contractors of all outsourced services required - Manages the performance of supervising team members and contracted services to ensure delivery of agreed business objectives and standards - Coaches and develops the team to meet current and future business needs - Responsible as a senior duty manager for the safe operation of the shopping centre - Help lead the development of facilities - Identifies promotional initiatives - Identify business opportunities and can make commercially sound decisions - Recruits, leads and manages the team reporting directly to him - Liaise with the tenants as appropriate to ensure good Landlord and tenant relations - Prepare service charge budgets as required by the Leases Requirements: Education: University degree in Business Administration/Management Professional experience: Minimum experience of 5 years in managerial position Other skills and qualifications: Computer Competencies: Employee must be fully conversant with Microsoft Office Suite. Languages: Fluent written and spoken English.
